Trevor Holden,

Managing Director

Trevor joined Big Sky Living in 2019 bringing with him a wealth of experience. He is a highly motivated leader of large and complex organisations and has a track record of delivering high performance, improved productivity and innovation. Previously, he has worked in senior positions at the UK’s 5th largest airport, local government at both district and unitary levels, a national housing provider and as an RAF officer.

A family man, Trevor loves spending time with his children and grandchildren and also enjoys time with his wife on their allotment. For fun and relaxation, he loves to run along the lanes of Norfolk.

Spencer Burrell,

Development Director

Spencer joined Big Sky Living in 2017 as Development Project Manager and became a Director in 2018.  He is a qualified quantity surveyor and specialises in managing mixed use developments and commercial properties.

With more than 30 years in property he now uses his experience and drive to manage the Big Sky Living team, delivering more than just a home!

In his spare time, Spencer loves spending time with his family.  To ‘let off steam‘ he enjoys nothing more than running in the Norfolk countryside.

Stuart Bizley,

Director

Stuart has been with Big Sky Living as a non-Executive Director from the beginning and played a key role in its inception. A Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience, he runs a niche consultancy practice providing advice to clients in both the private and public sectors on all matters residential and commercial development. 

When not busy with property development Stuart enjoys running, golf and is a long-term Norwich City season ticket holder, so is familiar with life’s ups and downs.

Duncan Anderson Brown,

Director

Duncan is a chartered accountant with a wide range of commercial and charitable experience. He qualified with a Norfolk based accountancy practice in 1994 and brings significant expertise to his role as a non-Executive Director, having worked in property and property management since 2007.

Apart from his role with Big Sky Living, Duncan is a trustee at Wymondham Rugby Club and The Diocese of Norwich Educational Academy Trust.

A keen sports fan, Duncan relaxes by watching rugby, following Norwich City Football Club and fishing. He has been married to Gillian for 38 years and they have 4 grown up children and 3 grandchildren.

Julie Brown,

Company Secretary

Julie is a qualified accountant with experience in both public practice and public sector organisations working in various finance and audit roles. She was appointed as Company Secretary in February 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys dance classes and is a leader of a local Brownie pack.

David Seaton,

Commercial Manager

David started working at Big Sky Living in 2017, having moved to Norfolk from London.

With nearly 30 years in business development and consultancy across a diverse range of sectors, he now uses his experience and expertise to manage a large portfolio of commercial premises and look after their respective tenants. 

When not at work David is the Chair of his local community shop and enjoys many hobbies, including music, art & design, diy, classic cars and motorsport.

Gary Waterton,

Development Manager

Gary joined Big Sky in 2019. He has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and is a Chartered Construction Manager and a Member of the Association of Project Management. His role is to ensure all our developments are delivered to the highest quality and to monitor & control our budgets.

When not looking at the ever changing regulations and for ways to improve our developments, Gary loves to spend time with his family, especially his granddaughter, and following his favourite football team, Liverpool FC (up the Reds).

 

 

Alex Alston,

Residential Surveyor

Alex started working for Big Sky Living in 2019 as an Assistant Commercial Manager and after a couple of years working in our commercial department he showed an interest in construction and customer liaison.  He was promoted to Residential Surveyor and is progressing at pace towards a qualification to enable him to become an Associate Member of the RICS.   

When not ensuring that our customers are looked after he loves nothing more than spending time with his young family, cooking, socialising and playing his guitar. 

Kelly Taylor,

Finance Manager

As the newest member of the team, Kelly looks after the accounts for all the Big Sky group companies. She has a wealth of experience working in finance roles within the construction industry, mainly for smaller family run businesses.

When not at work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her children and family, which tends to involve plenty of caravanning holidays.  Fitness and Pilates also plays an important part of everyday life.

Sam Cumbers,

Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Sam joined Big Sky in 2023 as Assistant Commercial Property Manager bringing a variety of experience in facilities, building surveying, and historic buildings. He works alongside David to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the commercial portfolio.

In his spare time, Sam likes to travel, where he enjoys hiking and exploring historic buildings. He is also a keen car enthusiast and gets involved in local Autosolos and 12 Car Rallies.

Katie Patrick,

Building Surveyor

Katie Joined Big Sky in 2024 as a Building Surveyor, having previously worked as a Building Inspector with a national warranty provider for new build properties. Katie has a BSc in Building Surveying gained from Anglia Ruskin University, and brings unique and broad ranging experience to the team from her previous career in the NHS.

When not renovating her house, Katie enjoys holidaying in warmer climes and likes nothing more than spending time with her family and two young daughters.

Byron Kerrison,

Building Surveyor

Before joining the team in April 2024, Byron`s professional background had combined experience as a surveyor in both building and building control. His primary role at Big Sky is to continually assess the condition of the portfolios we manage.

Outside work, Byron is likely to be found out with his dogs, fishing, or supporting Norwich at the football.

Rebecca Woodhouse,

Administrator

Becky joined Big Sky in 2017 and, as one of the longest serving members of the team, has a busy supporting role covering a diverse range of administration tasks.

Outside work, she enjoys festivals, camping holidays, and spending time with her family.

Stuart Gordon,

Property Maintenance Operative

Stuart joined the team in 2019, having previously worked for a number of years as a live-on-site school caretaker. Stuart is responsible for a broad range of maintenance tasks, across both the residential and commercial properties Big Sky manages.

When not at work, Stuart competes in a local darts league and, as a keen angler, can often be found relaxing by a lake
